Yes. My packages are custom builds on Next.js and React, the same technology this site runs on, because that's where I can promise this quality, and it's what I recommend for most new sites. If you're on an existing platform and need fixes, changes, or a rescue, tell me in the project form. I take that work case by case and quote it the same way.
The two-minute project form to start. Once we agree on a quote, I send a short design brief for your words, photos, and preferences. That brief plus the deposit is everything I need to build.
You do. The code, the content, the domain, and the accounts are all yours, documented in a plain-words owner's guide at launch. No lock-in: any developer can pick it up after me.
Most sites I build run on the providers' free or lowest tiers, typically $0–$25/month, paid directly to the providers. I set it up in your accounts, so the bills are yours from day one, at cost.
Every site ships with the owner's guide and a training walkthrough, and you can always email me. If you'd rather not think about updates and backups, the Care Plan handles them month to month.
