The Client-Site Build Kit

The exact QUESTIONNAIRE → TEMPLATE → PROMPT system I use to build small-business client websites with an AI coding agent — packaged for freelancers and builders who sell client sites.

What's inside:

• The client questionnaire — a 2-minute project intake for before you quote, plus the post-quote design & build brief. Every placeholder in the master prompt names the question that feeds it.
• The website blueprint (TEMPLATE.md) — ~890 lines: architecture, a design-system recipe, on/off feature modules per client, and the security / correctness / performance / accessibility / testing bar every build must clear — ending in a Definition of done checklist and a go-live runbook pattern.
• The master build prompt — fill its placeholders from the questionnaire answers, paste it into your agent.
• A worked example — a fictional bakery, from intake through the brief to the filled prompt, judgment calls included.
• A buyer's guide and a plain-words license.

What it is not: you don't get my website's source code, my admin panel, or repo access. File paths in the template describe the shape of the site your agent should build — not files in this download. And it's not one-paste-one-site: a real build is a supervised, multi-session job with you reviewing at checkpoints. That's what makes the result worth client money.

You'll need: comfort driving a capable AI coding agent (Claude Code or similar) and enough judgment to review what it produces. Agent usage costs are yours — check current pricing for your tool.

License: unlimited client projects of your own; the documents themselves can't be resold or redistributed. Everything you build with them belongs to you and your clients.
