Welcome to EMPEERYAL (empeeryal.com), operated by EMPEERYAL, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site — browsing, creating an account, commenting, subscribing, or buying anything — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the site and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to act on anything you read here about money or investing.
Everything we publish (posts, images, design, code of the site) is copyright © EMPEERYAL, LLC unless noted otherwise. You may read, link, and quote briefly with attribution. Don't republish whole posts or use our content commercially without permission.
This one matters, so read it. EMPEERYAL publishes content about stock options, trading, side businesses, and making money online. All of it is education and entertainment — not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not your financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary.
Some parts of the site take money — digital products in the shop, paid membership, tips, and deposits for client work. For all of them: payments are processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout pages, prices are in US dollars, and any applicable taxes are your responsibility unless the checkout page says otherwise. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us before disputing the charge with your bank — we refund legitimate problems quickly, and a surprise chargeback mostly just creates fees for everyone.
Digital products. When you buy a download, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or your own business. Don't redistribute, resell, or republish it. Delivery is a download link tied to your purchase; save your copy — links work for as long as we sell the product, but products can be retired. If a purchase doesn't work for you, reply to your receipt within 14 days and we'll refund it — we'd rather refund than have you stuck with something that didn't help.
Membership. Paid membership is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) billed by Stripe until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page — you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't prorate or refund the current period. If a renewal payment fails, access ends after the paid period runs out. We may change member benefits over time; if we ever reduce them in a way you don't like, the remedy is simple — cancel and you won't be billed again. Price changes only apply from your next renewal, and we'll announce them ahead of time.
Tips. Tips are voluntary and buy nothing — thank you. If you tipped by mistake, reply to the receipt and we'll refund it.
Discount codes. Codes can have expiry dates and usage limits, apply one per purchase, and we can end a promotion at any time (a code you've already redeemed stays redeemed).
Custom project work (the services packages and anything quoted individually) works like this: you get a fixed written quote for a defined scope — the proposal we send is what governs the specifics of your project. Half the quote is paid up front as a deposit; that's what reserves your slot in the schedule. The remaining half is due at launch. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started, the deposit covers the work already done — whether any of it is refundable depends on how far along we are, and we'll be straightforward with you about that. When the project is paid for, you own the deliverables — code, content, domain, and accounts — as described on the services page.
Some links on the site are affiliate links — if you buy through them, we may
earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Deal links route through our own
redirect (/go/…) which counts clicks anonymously. The site may also show
ads (Google AdSense). Details in our
Affiliate Disclosure.
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, or policies.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMPEERYAL, LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or trading losses — arising from your use of the site or anything you buy on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
If your use of the site or your content causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages resulting from it.
